Project Description
To replace an outdated telephone system on ISDN lines at their city centre office in York, North Yorkshire, with a modern telephone system using SIP trunk technology.
The Challenges
Staff in the busy estate agents had reservations about upgrading to a different system as they had used the same system for many years.
Enhanced call routing was required over the weekend, so important calls were not missed.
The Solutions
Handset training for staff was provided to assist them in using the new telephone system and the additional features.
We created overflow options so the customer could leave a voicemail out of hours. This was then automatically emailed to a member of the team so that the enquiry could be dealt with off-site.
